The Pegasus comes from the Greek mythology and was said to be the offspring of Poseidon and Medusa. In Greek mythology there was only one pegasus that helped several heroes on their quests. Now one pegasus has become a race of grand horses with the wings that give it the ability to fly. Some even have the horns of unicorns as people of today get more creative. At first this race of horse only tended to be white, which is still a favorite color it seems in today's art, but also they can come in several other horse colors. From black to grey, roan to dun, they all have the characteristic wings of a great bird.
